protocol for functionalizing glass slides with halotag ligand

material: (3-Chloropropyl)triethoxysilane, acetone, isopropanol, aqua dest.
duration: ca. 85 min

1. Wash with acetone, isopropanol, aqua dest.
2. Dry with nitrogengun
3. Activate in plasma generator: gas flow: 60-80 L/h, time: 10 min
4. Pipette 80 µL of (3-Chloropropyl)triethoxysilane-solution per glass sandwich
5. Incubate for 1 h at RT
6. Part the sandwiches and put in acetone for 30 s
7. Wash with acetone (work fast!!)
8. Dry with nitrogengun
9. Storable ??
