- Construction of prokaryotic cell free expression vector:
- PCR with primer oIG15_016r and oIG15_008r from pET22b+
- 2% Gel of PCR with primer oIG15_016r and oIG15_008r from pET22b+
- no bands –>perhaps problem with staining?
