We are proud to announce that we achieved the following goals

General Achievements

Experimental Achievements

  • We characterized parts of the natural E. coli lldPRD-operon, on which there is only a very limited amount of information present in the literature.
  • We characterized many parts and determined many parameters of our system performing various experiments.
  • We documented and submitted XX new basic parts to the iGEM parts registry and created a part collection with XX parts.
  • We designed a chipfor later easy application of our MicroBeacon E. coli.
  • We participated in the interlab study.
  • We attended the safety instrucions from the department D-BSSE in basel where we have our lab.
