Antibiotika Stocks
- weight in amount of Antibiotic in respective slvent with great care. Wear gloves, coat and protective mask!
- stir until completely solved
- filter sterile using a .22 sterile filter
- aliquot and store at -20°C
- spectinomycin precipitates after thawing. Vortex thouroughly prior to use
