Antibiotika Stocks

  • weight in amount of Antibiotic in respective slvent with great care. Wear gloves, coat and protective mask!
  • stir until completely solved
  • filter sterile using a .22 sterile filter
  • aliquot and store at -20°C
  • spectinomycin precipitates after thawing. Vortex thouroughly prior to use
