Cutting DNA with restriction endonucleases

material: restriction endonucleases (store on ice), Buffer, aqua dest,heat block or incubator (37°C)
duration: 2,5 h

Restriction enzyme

BSA 100x (if necessary)
0.5 µl
NEB buffer (appropriate no.)
5 µl
dH2O
up to 50 µl
Incubate at 37 °C for at least 2 h. If there are more than 2 cutting sites per enzyme, incubate for more than 2 h!
