HUFS virology laboratory

Many university students who work in HUFS virology laboratory helped us a lot. We got many details about each step of protocols.

-Instructor

Professor Heejun Myung

Professor Heejoon Myung is a faculty member of Department of Bioscinece and Biotechnology, Hankuk University of Foreign Studies. His research interest covers a wide variety of viruses including HCV, HIV, and bacteriophages. If it were not his generosity, we could not have even started our project. Before starting our experiment, he taught us how to construct primers and how to order it. As we start our experiment, he has allowed us to use his laboratory whenever we wanted. Also, he gave some instructions about how to use lab safely. As a professional researcher, he taught us much know-hows related to the experiment protocols. He always welcomed us with his big smile and refined but gentle accent.
