Transformation with pET24a

1. Thaw 50uL of chemically competent cells for 10 minutes on ice.
2. Add 1uL of pET expression vector to cells, incubate for 5 minutes.
3. Rescue in 200uL of SOC, incubate at 37C for 1 hour.
4. Plate 100uL on kanamycin plates, spread with beads.
5. Incubate at 37C.
