Miniprep of 8/18 Transformation

500uL of each sample was added to 500uL 50% glycerol and stored in the -80C freezer.

The samples were miniprepped using the Qiagen Plasmid Miniprep kit.

2. 720.92ng/uL
3. 698.12ng.uL

The samples were sent in for sequencing.
