Transformation

• Transformed 2 uL of M2-12(1C3) ligation into DH5(alpha) electrocompetent cells.
• Used leftover ligation from 7/20/2015 to transform
  • Dialyzed DNA first against ultra pure water.

Glycerol Stock Reconstitution

• Streaked out M1-AB, BC, CA onto chloramphenicol plates from glycerol stock for large scale prep tomorrow.
