Transformation Results

• M1-15(1C3) has very few colonies (~3)
• M1-15(T7) has many colonies (~100)

Liquid Culture

• Picked 3 colonies each from M1-15(1C3) and M1-15(T7) into 5 uL of LB + chlor.
• Also picked two colonies from Tamura(1C3) plate
  • The only two glowing colonies.
