I ran a touchdown pcr today. There is a strong band where we want it and a weak nonspecific band. Will upload pic tmro.

Prefix 1 and Suffix 1 with PCquad.

Conditions:

- 98 degrees- 30s
10-cycles
- - 98 degrees- 10s
- - 76-66 degrees (decrease by 1 degree each cycle)-30 seconds
- - 72 degrees- 15s
15-cycles
- - 98 degrees- 10s
- - 66 degrees- 30s
- - 72 degrees- 15s
1-cycle
- - 72 degrees- 5 minute
- - 4 degree hold.
