Miniprep of 5/19 Transformation

• Each sample was miniprepped using the Zymo miniprep kit.

OD: 1-200.95 ng/uL 2-379.01 ng/uL 3-374.83 ng/uL 4-521.92 ng/uL

Making of Glycerol Stocks

• 500 uL of each sample was added to 500uL of 50% glycerol to make 4 separate glycerol stocks.
