During our multiple meetings with Dick, we learnt everything there is to know about the current TB test and more specifically some of the problems with this test.
Clearly these are things we needed to consider when designing our alternative test. Below are some of these considerations.
Sensitivity
Problem
The current Tuberculin skin test is only 70% sensitive meaning out of 10 infected cattle only 7 will be detected.
